Elderly Thai man torn apart in brutal monkey attack
According to a report by the UK newspaper The Sun, an aggressive macaque monkey killed a 63-year-old retiree in Thailand's Yala province. The victim, Chaiphum Sae-eung, was attacked in his home by the animal, which villagers say had been terrorizing them.
Thailand and many other Asian countries are experiencing serious problems due to the uncontrolled macaque population. It is noted that the monkeys are becoming increasingly bold, attacking towns, and posing threats to human life.
