EGGPLANT BROWNIE

Place the peeled and boiled eggplants in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Add the chopped dark chocolate to the mashed eggplant and stir with a wooden spoon until the chocolate melts. Then add the remaining ingredients.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake tin. Place walnuts and slices of your preferred fruit on top. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Once baked, do not touch the cake until it has cooled completely, so it does not fall apart.
