Grilled olive salad: A flavorful Mediterranean delight

- 1 bowl of cocktail olives stuffed with peppers

- 1 large onion, julienned
- 3-4 large walnuts, chopped
Instructions: Use a toothpick to remove the peppers from the cocktail olives and place them in a bowl. Grill the olives in a sandwich press until they soften.
Sauté the onion in a tablespoon of olive oil until soft. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, pepper paste, oregano, rosemary, and thyme well. Add the sautéed onion, the peppers from the olives, and the walnut pieces, and mix everything together.
