Russia and Iran committed to enhancing military cooperation under a new 20-year treaty signed in Moscow on Friday.

Russia and Iran pledged to strengthen military cooperation as part of a new 20-year treaty signed in Moscow on Friday.
The two countries -- already close allies -- committed to "deepen and broaden relations in all areas of mutual interest (and) to strengthen cooperation in the field of security and defence," in the treaty, which was published by the Kremlin.
