China launches eight satellites aboard Kuaizhou-11 Y7 rocket
China launched a Kuaizhou-11 Y7 carrier rocket from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, successfully placing eight new satellites into orbit.

China on Monday launched the Kuaizhou-11 Y7 carrier rocket from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China, placing eight new satellites into their designated orbits.
The rocket lifted off from the launch site at 12:12 p.m. (0412 GMT), according to state-run Xinhua News Agency.
The launch came a day after China launched the Yaogan-50 02 remote sensing satellite from a launch center in northern Shanxi Province.
