United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Wednesday that global governance institutions do not adequately serve developing countries, particularly ones in Africa.
"The message is clear, our institutions need adaptation," Guterres said during a visit to South Africa, adding that more meaningful solutions were needed to address debt crises globally.
