Türkiye's Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held a phone call with his Egyptian counterpart Badr Abdelatty on Saturday, Turkish diplomatic sources said.
During the call, the two ministers discussed developments in the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean, according to the sources.
