"Every drop of bloodshed in the war sparked by the US and Israeli attacks on Iran will prolong war criminal Netanyahu's political survival," Erdoğan said in a statement.
Erdoğan hopes a path to peace opens before more blood is shed in the Iran war, and vows to do everything possible, even take major risks, to support it.
Erdoğan laid out the following keynotes in his speech:
"While we are surrounded by a ring of fire, we have avoided any political debate that would distract us. Our silence is not because we condone impudence, but out of our decency.
In the sensitive period we are going through, we will not allow anger, hatred, and the language of conflict and dispute to poison politics."
The war continues, increasing its threat level. Our priority is for our country to get through this period without incident. We are determined to keep Türkiye away from this fire.
It should not be forgotten that every drop of blood spilled in war will be a lifeline that extends Netanyahu's political life. The Israeli Government is primarily responsible for this illegal war, which not only turned our region into a battlefield but also imposed an economic burden on all humanity.
Our hope is for the path to peace to be opened before more blood is shed. For this, we will continue to put our hands, and if necessary, our bodies, under the stone."
