Belarus's leading opposition figure on Monday criticised Russian President Vladimir Putin's meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko, saying the latter was a "usurper".
"I regret that you decided to conduct a dialogue with the usurper and not with the Belarusian people," Svetlana Tikhanovskaya said in a statement from Lithuania, where she fled to after a disputed election on August 9.
