China building fire leaves 10 dead

Ten people died when a fire broke out on the 38th floor of an apartment building in China's Tianjin early Friday.
According to a Xinhua news agency report, five others suffered slight injuries and were hospitalized.
Although not confirmed, interior decoration materials in the building are believed to have caused the blaze.
The news agency reported an area of about 300 square meters was burnt in the incident.
The blaze has been totally extinguished and the authorities have launched an investigation.
