Communication stocks push Wall Street to record close

Rise in communication companies' shares pushed two of the three major indexes on Wall Street to record closes on Friday.
Verizon's stock price rose 1.4 percent, while AT&T shares gained 2.1 percent.
The Dow added 64 points to end the day at 22,268 and the S&P climbed 4 points to 2,500. Both indices closed at their all-time highest levels.
The Nasdaq increased 19 points to finish trading at 6,448.
This week the Dow posted a gain of 2.2 percent, marking its best weekly performance since December.
The S&P rose 1.6 percent this week, while the Nasdaq increased 1.4 percent.
