U.S. will 'respond' to attack regardless of UN action: Nikki Haley

The United States of America and Russia traded barbs at a United Nations Security Council meeting over the Syria chemical attack. While, Nikki Haley, the U.S. Ambassador to the UN, stated that the her country will respond to the attack regardless of UN action, the Russian ambassador warned that the use of force by U.S. in syria would have grave consequences.
