UN report: North Korea has not stopped its nuclear program

A confidential United Nations report has blamed North Korea for continuing to develop nuclear and missile programs in violation of international sanctions. The United States and other council members have reiterated that there must be strict enforcement of sanctions until Pyongyang completes full denuclearization.
