Türkiye, Romania & Bulgaria ink deal to clear floating mines
Following extensive discussions between the NATO allies, the defense ministers of Türkiye, Romania, and Bulgaria gathered in Istanbul to sign a memorandum of understanding. This established a trilateral initiative aimed at addressing the hazardous situation in the Black Sea caused by the Ukraine conflict, specifically through mine clearance efforts.
