Turkey, Armenia to appoint special envoys for normalization
Speaking at the Turkish National Grand Assembly on Monday, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said that Turkey and Armenia will soon appoint special envoys to discuss steps to normalize relations.
