Top EU court rules hijab can be banned at work
The European Union's top court has ruled that Muslim employees could be banned from wearing headscarves. The Luxembourg-based EU court of justice ruled on cases brought by two Muslim women in Germany who were suspended from their jobs for wearing a headscarf.
