Three killed, 30 injured in car bomb attack in Afghanistan

A blast in Afghanistan near a military base killed three people and wounded 40 on tuesday. The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack which comes at a point when peace talks are being encouraged to carve out a solution for the war-torn country.
