Substantive agreement on many aspects on grain talks - officials
Speaking after the four-way meeting in Istanbul, Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said that a coordination center for exporting Ukrainian grain is expected to be set up in Istanbul, while UN chief Antonio Guterres said that the parties had a substantive agreement on many aspects in the talks.
