Russian defence minister announces military restructuring
Russia's Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu on Tuesday announced a restructuring of the Russian army in order to implement the increased troop strength demanded by the Kremlin. Only through structural changes in the armed forces would it be possible to ensure Russia's security, Shoigu said at a defence ministry meeting.
