Putin welcomes China's peace proposal for Ukraine
Chinese President Xi Jinping has reiterated the "neutral" position of his country regarding the Ukraine conflict in his visit to Moscow, calling for dialogue. Putin, on the other hand, has welcomed the peace proposal of Beijing.
