Putin attributes deadly Moscow attack to Daesh militants
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the recent terror attack was carried out by radical militants and falls in line with a larger campaign of intimidation orchestrated by Ukraine. However, Ukraine has strongly denied any involvement in the incident.
