Following the decision to allow a rally of the pro-PKK party HDP in Germany's cologne on Saturday, the German government said on Monday that local authorities give permission for gatherings. Turkey harshly criticized Germany for its hypocriticy after it allowed an HDP rally but bans AK Party events and rallies.
