Netanyahu announces plan to arm Israelis after synagogue attack
Israel's security cabinet has agreed on new counterterrorism measures after a second attack in East Jerusalem in two days. Among other things, Israeli citizens should be able to obtain licences for firearms more easily and quickly, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office announced early on Sunday.
