NATO chief Stoltenberg cautious on Russian retreat from Kherson
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg greeted Russia's announcement of retreat from the Ukrainian city of Kherson with caution on an official visit to Rome on Thursday. "We have taken note of the Russian announcement to retreat from Kherson," Stoltenberg said. "We have to see how the situation on the ground develops in the coming days."
