Merkel says Berlin will host Libya peace talks

In a press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that Libyan peace talks will be held in Berlin, with Turkey and Russia appealing to Libya's warring factions to enter a ceasefire.
