European Union leaders endorsed a firm set of divorce terms for Britain in a special summit in Brussels on Saturday. EU council President Donald Tusk said that Britain will face a united bloc of 27 EU nations in exit negotiations and said the welfare of citizens living in each other's nations will be the priority.
