Leaders agree to form mechanism to improve bilateral ties
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and U.S. President Joe Biden met on the sidelines of the G-20 summit in Rome, as the two leaders declared a joint will to further strengthen and develop the recently strained bilateral relations.
