EU chief: ICC has sent a clear message by charging Putin with war crimes
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen: "By charging (Vladimir) Putin, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) has sent a clear message. There will be no escape for the perpetrator and his henchmen. War criminals will be held accountable for their deeds."
