EU chief against funding of walls on borders amid migrant crisis
"Indeed, there was a discussion on the so-called physical infrastructure and I was very clear that there is a long-standing common position in the European Commission and with the European Parliament that there will be no funding of barbed wire and walls," EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said in her remarks.
