Erdoğan, Putin break ground for Akkuyu nuclear plant

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin attended the groundbreaking ceremony of Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant via a video conference call from the Presidential Complex in the capital Ankara on Tuesday.
