Clan del Golfo's leader Otoniel extradited to United States
Colombia's interior and defense ministries announced new measures on Friday to combat the armed standoff announced by the criminal group Clan del Golfo on Thursday as retaliation after their leader Dairo Antonio Usuga, known as Otoniel, was extradited to the United States.
