Brutal Sisi regime begins in 2013 after Egypt's first democratically elected president Morsi ousted by putschists

Egypt's first democratically elected president, Mohammed Morsi was overthrown by Sisi in a coup in 2013. On june 3rd, putschist Sisi announced that the Muslim Brotherhood leader Morsi had been deposed. Muslim Brotherhood leaders, including Mohammed Morsi, were individually arrested by Sisi's regime...

Mohammed Badie, the Muslim Brotherhood's supreme guide, said millions of protesters would stay mobilized until Morsi's return, and condemned the ouster as a "military coup."

Hundreds of thousands of Morsi and democracy supporters joined ongoing sit-in demonstration camps at the Rabaa al-Adawiya Mosque in Cairo's Nasr city neighborhood and Nahda square in Giza.

The blood of thousands of people in Egypt since Sisi came in power is on his hands. Following a coup, he committed bloodcurdling barbarism in Rabaa al-Adawiya square.

Sisi's brutal soldiers opened fire on Morsi supporters staging a sit in front of the republican guard headquarters in Cairo, killing more than 50, and injuring hundreds.

Rabaa al-Adawiya was one of the largest killings of demonstrators in a single day in recent history.

At least 173 people were killed as Morsi supporters heeded a call by the Muslim Brotherhood to stage a "day of rage". The protesters were killed in clashes with security forces at rallies across the country.

In september 2013, an Egyptian court banned all Muslim Brotherhood activities...

After securing power through the brutal coup Sisi began to apply his draconian laws and policies to avenge those who opposed his rule.
Sisi's government post coup abuses, included lack of accountability for many killings of protesters by security forces, mass detentions, military trials of civilians, hundreds of death sentences.

Many defendants were forcibly disappeared, not legally arrested, and were tortured into confessing.

Following a coup in Egypt, only Turkey strongly condemned the ouster and described it as a military coup.

The United States' Secretary of State John Kerry described the deadly July 3rd coup as a "restoration of democracy". Kerry also said that Washington, the defender of democracy, was committed to working with Egypt's Sisi regime, in his first visit to Egypt since Morsi was ousted.
The Western world and some Arab countries led by Saudi Arabia have continued to ignore the deadly coup in Egypt, lending their support to the putschist Sisi regime....

The same West ignored the deadly July 15 coup attempt in Turkey, orchestrated by U.S. based terrorist Fethullah Gülen, which left almost 250 martyred and nearly 2,200 injured.
