Brazil court rules in favor of indigenous land rights
New Jersey's Democratic Senator, Robert Menendez, has been indicted by the Justice Department on charges of receiving substantial sums of money in exchange for favours. The allegations include the claim that Mr. Menendez and his spouse, Nadine, received gold bars and cash from three local businessmen in New Jersey.
