Afghanistan’s last holdout reportedly falls to Taliban
According to local sources, the final holdout province of Panjshir has fallen to Taliban forces. The Taliban seized an enormous arsenal of weapons and military kit that the now-departed United States provided to the defeated Afghan army, as well as the support of prisoners they freed from jails.
