Afghan families sell belongings as economic crisis deepens
Since the Taliban assumed control in 2021, the economic crisis in Afghanistan has significantly deteriorated. The number of individuals facing difficulty in securing employment and sustaining their livelihoods has increased. Distressingly, some individuals are resorting to selling their possessions to acquire funds for purchasing essentials such as food, water, and basic necessities.
