The organization for security and co-operation in Europe released its report on the Turkish referendum, but it is still a matter of contention because of the observers' connection with PKK terrorists.
The report is not surprising because it obviously shows its biased view. İt is neither referring to the people's will nor the record high level of participation in the referendum.
