Turkey's Defense Ministry Spokeswoman Lieutenant Commander Nadide Şebnem Aktop said on Tuesday that Turkey continues to hold bilateral meetings, high-level discussions with Russia and the United States regarding its expected anti-terror operation east of the Euphrates River in Syria.
