Speaking at the ceremony of the completion of the offshore section of the Turkstream project in Istanbul on Monday, Turkish President Erdoğan and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin stated that the Turkstream is a project of historic proportions for the bilateral relations between Ankara and Moscow.
