Ankara: Bought S-400 systems to use, not to put them aside

Turkey and the United States have traded barbs over the Russian S-400 air and missile defense systems. While Washington is terming Turkey's actions regarding its use of the Russian-made S-400 missile defense as concerning, the Turkish officials are saying that it is not logical for any country to purchase such systems only to put them aside.
