Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Berat Albayrak visited the 18 March Çan Thermal Power Plant in Çanakkale, where he also held a press conference.
Energy Minister said that Turkey will build different kinds of power plants and all of them will be environmental friendly.
Albayrak also said that old generation power plants will be adapted to the new regulations until 2019.
He further emphasized that both underground and surface resources will highly contribute to Turkish economy in the future.
