U.S. sues Amazon, alleging illegal pricing practices
The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has filed a long-anticipated antitrust lawsuit against Amazon.com. In the lawsuit, the FTC has requested the court to consider potential remedies, including forcing the online retailer to sell assets, in order to address what it alleges is ongoing harm to consumers.
