Turkish lira up against dollar

Registering a sharp fall following the fed's latest interest rate decision, the dollar is witnessing its lowest level in the last 4 months. With the lira at 3.55 to the dollar on January 5th, 2017, the dollar-Turkish lira rate has decreased to the same level once again. Meanwhile, the Borsa İstanbul 100 index, which recently posted a number of historic records, continues its upward path.
