Disney, Fubo join forces in streaming
Walt Disney announced on Monday plans to merge its Hulu + Live TV business with the smaller rival FuboTV. The deal not only consolidates two major streaming platforms but also potentially sets the stage for Disney's highly anticipated sports streaming venture in collaboration with Fox Corp and Warner Bros Discovery.
