CBRT hikes policy interest rate by 500 points to 30%
The Central Bank's Monetary Policy Committee has announced a decision to increase interest rates from 25 percent to 30 percent. This move is aimed at continuing the monetary tightening process to establish a disinflation course, anchor inflation expectations, and control the deterioration in pricing behavior.
