The Turkish president on Tuesday received the Azerbaijani defense minister and the chief of general staff, said the presidency on Twitter.
Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov and Chief of General Staff Karim Valiyev were received by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the presidential complex in the capital Ankara.
