Erdoğan hosts dinner in Istanbul for foreign officials

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan hosted a dinner Friday for foreign officials following the inauguration of Turkey's largest mosque.
Erdoğan officially inaugurated Çamlıca Mosque at a ceremony in Istanbul.
Albanian President Ilir Meta, Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh, Guinea President Alpha Conde, Senegalese President Macky Sall and Afghanistan's Chief Executive Officer Abdullah Abdullah were among the foreign guests who attended the event.
The dinner, which was closed to the press, took place at Vahdettin Pavilion in Üsküdar district on the Asian side of the city.
Erdoğan later held bilateral meetings with the officials. No details of the gatherings were provided.
