Turkish police arrest Danish Daesh suspect sought by Interpol
During a counter-terror operation in Turkey's Bursa province, a Danish woman suspected of joining the Daesh terror group in Syria was detained by Turkish security forces. According to the information gained by Turkey's state-run news agency, the female militant, who it only identified by the initials AAM, had crossed illegally into Turkey and police found a fake passport in her home.

Turkish police have arrested a Danish woman suspected of joining the Daesh terror group in Syria, Turkey's state-run news agency said on Wednesday.
The woman, who is originally from Lebanon, was arrested in the northeastern city of Bursa, Anadolu agency said. She had been sought by Interpol.
The agency said the woman, who it only identified by the initials AAM, had crossed illegally into Turkey and police found a fake passport in her home.
At the height of Daesh's self-declared "caliphate", when the militant group controlled parts of Iraq and Syria, Turkey was one of the principal routes for foreign fighters trying to join the blood-minded terror group.
Ankara has since cracked down on the frontier and has stepped up arrests and expulsions of suspected foreign Daesh fighters.
A last group of militants is still battling US-backed Syrian forces in the small area in northeastern Syria left since the collapse of its territory.
Thousands of militant families have fled the last Daesh bastion as terrorists have surrendered. Among them are the wives and children of foreign militants.
