Freiburg right back Lukas Kuebler broke his ankle in the 2-1 Bundesliga home win over Hertha Berlin on Saturday.
Kuebler was carried off after almost half an hour after a collision with his own captain, Mike Frantz.
Defender Philipp Lienhart also had to be replaced at half-time because of dizziness after another collision.
"It is a disaster. That's not normal anymore," Streich told reporters about his lengthening injury list.
Hertha's Vedad Ibisevic scored at both ends in Freiburg to hand the 13th-placed hosts victory after Nils Petersen's opener.
