According to reports in the Israeli media, the occupying Israeli army is on the brink of a major crisis.

The number of Israeli soldiers deserting from the front lines has been steadily increasing, reaching a total of 2,000 soldiers who have abandoned their posts, according to recent figures.

Sources indicate that the number of deserting soldiers is increasing every hour, causing concern within the government. The Israeli Defense Forces have announced that severe penalties will be imposed on soldiers who desert amid the attacks on Gaza.

Due to the growing number of soldiers refusing to go to the front lines, the government has decided to enact strict laws. Accordingly, the Israeli military prosecution will now directly enforce prison sentences for those who desert.

Israeli military authorities are calling on soldiers who refuse to go to the front lines, stating, "Report to your units urgently before the strict penalty policy takes effect. Surrendering individuals will be given a new opportunity."

The occupation forces have been making efforts to persuade deserters to return before the implementation of the harsh penalty policy.
