Israeli forces killed on Tuesday a young Palestinian man and critically wounded two others as they raided the town of Sair, north of Hebron city in the occupied West Bank, Wafa news agency said.

Clashes erupted when the Israeli forces opened fire at the Palestinians.

The news agency identified the killed Palestinian as Saed Al-Farroukh, 24, whose brother Mujahed Al-Farroukh was killed by Israeli settlers and his body was handed to his family a few days ago.

Mujahed is said to have been killed by Israeli settlers on Oct. 7 while working in Israel.

At least 160 Palestinians have been killed and 2,250 others injured by the Israeli forces across the West Bank since the launch of an all-out war on Gaza by Israel, in retaliation to a cross border surprise attack by the Hamas group.
